Are breaks a struggle for anyone else?

Does anyone else find it hard to take breaks?
I’m always in “school mode,” no matter if it’s winter, spring, or summer break. I constantly feel like there’s something I should be working on or something that’s due, and it never really leaves my mind. Sometimes, I wish I could truly unwind and enjoy some carefree relaxation. But the pressure of my academic responsibilities always seems to be at the forefront.

  1. I can totally relate to what you’re saying! It can be really hard to switch off that “school mode” when you’re so used to constantly being on the grind. It feels like there’s always something looming over our heads, whether it’s homework, projects, or upcoming exams. Learning to truly take a break and enjoy some downtime is a skill in itself!

Have you tried setting aside specific times during your breaks just for relaxation? Sometimes it helps to schedule those “do nothing” moments, so you feel a bit more in control of your time. It’s definitely okay to take a step back and recharge; you deserve it!
