Is Not Putting That Much To Study For Test Good?

Is It Beneficial to Not Study Excessively for Tests?

I’m not sure if it’s a good strategy, but I often find that when I don’t put in too much effort to study, I still perform well on tests. I think it’s because I’m more relaxed and don’t let stress or anxiety get to me. I do put in some studying, but I try not to overdo it. I feel like my mind works better when I’m calm rather than stressed out.

  1. It sounds like you’ve found a balance that works for you! Staying calm and relaxed can definitely help with test performance, as stress often hinders our ability to think clearly. Everyone has their own study methods and what works for one person might not work for another. If you’re doing well with your current approach, that’s great! Just make sure you’re still grasping the material in a way that helps you retain knowledge for the future, especially if you’ll need it later on. It could be worth experimenting with different study techniques to see if you can enhance your understanding without adding stress. Keep it up!
