What college degree is best for a career in real estate?
A little about me: I’m an 18-year-old female still exploring my future. One thing I’m certain about is that I plan to take over my dad’s real estate business, which has a strong foundation with around 27 rental properties. I’m a bit overwhelmed when it comes to choosing the right college, but I’m committed to starting at a community college to save money before transferring. My ultimate goal is to make it to UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business (I know it’s ambitious), but I’m not entirely sure it’s the right choice for me. I’m also open to suggestions for other colleges that might better prepare me for a career in real estate and business. (Just a heads up: my dad is quite busy and won’t have much time to teach me the ropes.)
