Respect for Teachers As I waited for my two boys before half term, I overheard two students address their teacher by his first name, asking, “What are we doing tomorrow, David?” I was taken aback by the casualness of them using his first name instead of his surname.

TestNav Experience At our school, we have a program called TestNav that helps determine students’ future class placements. However, the tests are quite lengthy and feel repetitive. Since 3rd grade, the format hasn’t changed at all. Does your school use a similar system, or is it just us?
