Has anyone else experienced this? Every morning when I reach my locker, there’s a group of kids hanging out right in front of it (the one below mine is directly blocking both), and they just linger there until the bell rings. I know it might seem like a small issue, but seriously—PUT YOUR STUFF AWAY AND HEAD TO CLASS! Where does it say that chatting for 10 minutes is part of the plan?

Only 5 weeks left until graduation, but honestly, I’m struggling. School is so tough for me; I don’t feel like I’m doing well and the ridicule doesn’t help. The one bright side is that I’m almost done and can finally move on, but right now, it feels incredibly frustrating.
Is experiencing pain while walking and moving a valid reason to miss school? I’m at home ‘sick’ because I’m in a lot of discomfort and can barely walk or move. Is this a legitimate reason to stay home from school? (Grade 7, CA)
I totally get your frustration! It can be really annoying when people linger around lockers and make it difficult to get to your stuff. It’s like they don’t realize that not everyone has the luxury of time to hang out between classes. Maybe next time you could politely ask them to clear a little space? Sometimes a simple request can go a long way! Or maybe you could try getting to your locker a bit earlier? Either way, I hope you find a solution that works for you!
