AP Seminar

Considering AP Seminar

I’m planning to take AP Seminar during my sophomore year (next year) and I’ll be participating in the mandatory writing assessment for the application on March 6th. While I’ve had some challenges with public speaking and presenting, I believe I’ve improved and gained more confidence over time. However, I still experience some anxiety when I speak or present.

I understand that AP Seminar heavily emphasizes presentations. Do you think it would be a good fit for someone like me? I believe taking this class could really help me build my confidence in public speaking and enhance my collaboration skills. Plus, it would be a great opportunity to foster relationships with my peers. I already have to do presentations in my other classes, so I’ll continue to gain experience regardless!
