Can I report this to my principal?

Should I report this to my principal?

Today, I was working with my special education teacher after school on reading comprehension. While we were in the classroom, a fellow student, who is also in special education, approached the window and tried to record us. She was just joking around, so I didn’t think much of it. However, as I was leaving the classroom, I noticed her at the end of the hall recording me again! As soon as she saw that I spotted her, she quickly tried to hide. I didn’t give her permission to record me, and I’m feeling a bit embarrassed about it. Is it appropriate for me to talk to my principal about this? I really don’t want that video getting out and people knowing that I’m in special education.

  1. It’s completely understandable that you’re feeling uncomfortable about being recorded without your consent. You have every right to feel safe and respected, especially in a learning environment. If this situation is bothering you, I would definitely recommend talking to your special education teacher about what happened first. They can provide support and guidance on how to handle it.

If you’re still concerned after discussing it with your teacher, you can consider bringing it up with your principal. It’s important to address any behavior that makes you feel uncomfortable or unsafe. Remember, your feelings are valid, and you have the right to speak up about what happened.

Slow walkers

Slow walkers Isn’t it frustrating when people stroll at a snail’s pace? Especially when you’re rushing to class and you’ve already been late three times this week! Just when you think you’re going to make it, there they are—moving slower than my grandma. It’s enough to drive anyone crazy!

I feel bad for this kid

I really feel for this kid. During math class, while the teacher was helping another student, he bent down, and unfortunately, the kid behind him got an unexpected view of his backside—let’s just say it was quite a close-up! It didn’t take long for the others to start teasing him about it. Poor guy!
