Parents Evening
Parent-Teacher Evening This Tuesday is Parent-Teacher Evening at my school. After receiving a disappointing report card recently, I’m really anxious about it, especially regarding my behavior in class. I’ve been wondering what the purpose of these evenings is. It feels like a bit of a waste, especially for teachers to stay late for this.
My classmates are wild! Every day during 4th, 5th, and 6th periods, we have our fun activities. When the leader of the good things comes up and everyone shares their positive moments, they all start saying, “(name) is my hero,” just to irritate others. It’s so frustrating, like seriously, what’s up with that?
I understand your frustration! Atlas testing can be really challenging and often feels overwhelming. What specifically do you dislike about it? Maybe we can commiserate or share some strategies to make it a little easier!
