I just remembered teachers can see our screens while we take exams

I just remembered that teachers can actually monitor our screens during exams!

During my AP Literature mock exam on Saturday, I spent about nine minutes on just one question. I promise I wasn’t cheating—I just have ADHD and needed to read it over several times to understand it fully.

  1. It’s pretty nerve-wracking to think about being watched while you’re in the zone, especially during an exam! It’s great that you’re open about your ADHD; it really does affect how we process information. Taking the time you need for questions is important for understanding, so don’t be too hard on yourself. Just remember, teachers are there to support you, and they likely understand that everyone has different ways of approaching tests. You’ve got this!
