I’m looking for advice on how to improve my focus and get my grades back on track. Historically, my grades have been poor because I struggle to pay attention in class. I also have a lot of missing assignments. Sometimes I complete them but lose them, or I simply forget about them altogether (unless it’s a major assignment). This has been an ongoing issue for me since elementary school.
