I started snoring in class

I’ve found myself snoring in class. At my school, there’s a 30-minute break after each class where we can either seek help for our studies or just chill during free time. Usually, when there’s nothing pressing to do, everyone tends to relax and scroll through their phones or watch videos on their iPads.

Today, we had a substitute for science, and I was feeling pretty exhausted, so I thought I’d take a quick 30-minute nap to recharge. I had woken up with a stuffy nose that morning, and when I drifted off, I noticed I was breathing heavily. The class was completely silent, and I was in that stage of sleep where you’re aware of your surroundings but can’t fully wake up. Suddenly, I heard a loud snoring sound coming from me—I had no idea I was doing that! I considered getting up to avoid the embarrassment, but the three guys sitting behind me burst out laughing.

I’m so embarrassed! Help! 😭

  1. Hey, don’t be too hard on yourself! Snoring can happen to anyone, especially when you’re tired and your nose is congested. It sounds like you were trying to catch some much-needed rest, and honestly, most people can relate to that. The important thing is that you realize it’s a common experience – many students have probably been caught snoring at some point!

If you’re really worried about it, maybe you could make a light-hearted joke about it next time you see those classmates. Laughing it off can help ease the embarrassment, and it shows that you don’t take it too seriously. Plus, it might make them think twice about snickering next time! Just remember, we all have our awkward moments; this will be a funny story in no time! 😊
