I’m feeling really down right now. At 15, I can’t shake the feeling of being a loser. No matter who I talk to or who I have a crush on, I always get the same response: “Sorry, I don’t feel the same.” It’s overwhelming, and I’m so lonely. I struggle to find anyone who reciprocates my feelings, and I’m exhausted from it all. People remind me that I have parents who love me, but when their expectations are constantly so high, it often doesn’t feel that way. I’m reaching out because I need help before I do something I might regret.

Hey everyone, I’ve got to say, I’ve seen this kind of comment way too often. Honestly, saying things like you’re “cooked” and calling yourselves the “next epic generation” just sounds a bit immature to me. Seriously, it seems like some of you aren’t quite prepared for the challenges of real life. Wishing you all the […]

I’m really sorry to hear that you’re feeling this way. It’s tough to feel lonely and like you aren’t being understood, especially when it seems like everyone around you has it all figured out. Remember, your feelings are valid, and it’s okay to reach out for help. Talking to someone who can help you, like a trusted friend or a counselor, can make a difference.
It’s important to know that you’re not a loser—everyone faces rejection and it doesn’t define your worth. Finding the right person takes time, and often it’s about timing and connection rather than anything wrong with you.
Try to focus on things that make you happy or help you grow, whether that’s a hobby, sport, or anything else. Surround yourself with supportive friends and try to express how you’re feeling with them. You don’t have to go through this alone. You’re stronger than you think, and there’s help out there. Please take care of yourself.
