My teacher sits behind me to monitor my work, and it makes me really anxious. I’ve tried asking her to move, but she doesn’t seem to hear me. I struggle with a fear of being watched, which only adds to my unease.

It sounds really tough to have that kind of anxiety while trying to focus on your work. Have you talked to your teacher about how her sitting behind you makes you feel? Sometimes, expressing your feelings can help find a solution. If it’s really bothering you, maybe you could ask to sit somewhere else in the class where you feel more comfortable. You deserve to feel at ease while you’re learning!
