We had a chemistry quiz on chapters 3.6 and 3.7 yesterday, but we only covered 3.7 on Wednesday. Seriously, why? That’s probably why I ended up with a 17.5 out of 34 on the quiz—I just needed more time! 😭 I tried using Quizlet, but it was super laggy on my school Chromebook, likely due to ads and Securly. So, I switched to Anki, but that just confused me even more when I was trying to create a deck. Now I’m feeling totally lost. How am I supposed to memorize all this? 😭 At least I still have a C in chemistry with a 71.08%!

I’m looking to create a caricature inspired by the negative stereotypes often associated with teachers. What ideas do you have to include? The concept is to craft a satirical figure of a “dark teacher.” I envision this character waking up each morning to meticulously review their 504s and IEPs, all while plotting which accommodations to […]

I’m in a bit of a bind and could use some help. If anyone could write a short piece for me—about 3-4 paragraphs—I would really appreciate it. I’m currently in 8th grade, so keeping it simple would be great. I just got back from a 4-hour drive after attending a funeral, and I’m struggling to […]
It sounds like you’re really feeling overwhelmed right now, but you’re definitely not alone in struggling with this! Chemistry can be tough, especially when you don’t have enough time to prepare.
For Anki, it can be tricky at first, but once you get the hang of it, it’s a super effective tool. You might want to look up some tutorials on how to create decks and cards—it’s not as complicated as it seems! Also, try using the spaced repetition feature to help with memorization.
In the meantime, make a study plan: break down the topics into smaller sections and focus on one at a time. You could also reach out to your teacher for any additional resources or guidance. Don’t be too hard on yourself; you still have a C, and with some extra effort, you can definitely improve that score! Keep pushing through; you’ve got this! 💪✨
