Confused I keep hearing kids say that their friend “wants me”, and it really confuses me! What does that actually mean?
Definitely agree with the diary entry assignment! It seems like every English class loves to have students step into a character’s shoes. Another classic is the “write a letter to a historical figure” assignment—it’s a great way to get creative, but it’s been done to death. And how could we forget the infamous book reports? Nothing like summarizing a story to feel like you’re really diving deep into it! Finally, there are those science fair projects that just scream “classic homework.” Whether it’s a tri-fold board or an experiment gone slightly wrong, it’s all too familiar!
