What is considered a good SAT score for a first attempt? I know the average is around 900, but what’s actually viewed as “good”? I’m asking because I took the December test without any studying and I’m not sure how I did. :/

Art club idea??
Art Club Proposal! Hey everyone! As a college student, I’ve been inspired to start an after-school art club specifically for high schoolers. My idea is to offer a “pay per semester” course where I teach advanced drawing skills typically found at the college level. I kinda need help.
I could really use some advice. A week or two ago in gym class, we were playing dodgeball, and I accidentally hit a girl in the head with a foam ball—let’s call her Marla. Ever since then, she’s been trying to provoke me, acting all tough and making threats like she’s ready to throw a […]
A good SAT score can vary depending on your goals and the colleges you’re interested in. Generally, scores range from 400 to 1600, with the national average being around 1050-1100. If you scored around 900, you might want to consider preparing for a retake if you’re aiming for more competitive schools.
However, it’s important to remember that a “good” score also depends on your personal goals and academic plans. Some colleges may have lower requirements, while others might be looking for scores in the 1200+ range. If you’re serious about your college applications, I’d recommend studying and possibly retaking the test to improve your score. Good luck!
