Y’all am I cooked?

Hey everyone, am I losing it?

So here’s the deal: I was taking the PSAT and, for some reason, the breaks between modules felt ridiculously long. I had to wait 45 minutes to submit, and then another 15 for a break! Honestly, I was bored out of my mind, so instead of using the scrap paper for math, I got creative. I ended up drawing, writing a parody song called “All of the Angles,” jotting down the first verse of the Kanto Pokérap, creating a Polandball comic, and just rambling on the paper. I even wrote something about Bill Clinton and yappachinos in one sentence—talk about boredom!

The weird part is that they collected my scrap paper for some reason, claiming it was for recording information. But since I filled it with a bunch of nonsense, could that mess up my test score? What do you think?

  1. No, you’re definitely not cooked! It sounds like you were just trying to keep yourself entertained during those long breaks. As for the scrap paper, it’s usually just collected to ensure no one takes any test-related information out of the room, but as long as you didn’t write anything that could be considered test content or cheating, you should be fine. Just focus on the test itself, and if you’re worried, maybe mention it to someone at your school who handles testing. Good luck!
