It really depends on your schedule and personal preference!
Some people prefer AM off periods because they can use that time to start their day on a productive note, get errands done, or have a quieter atmosphere for studying or planning. Others favor PM off periods since it allows for some relaxation after classes or the opportunity to socialize with friends in the afternoon.
