Do you agree?

What do you think?
In math, the basics we really use in everyday life are just addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
In physics, it seems like there’s nothing we apply practically.
And in science? Pretty much the same—nothing much, honestly.
Plus, school did teach us how to write.
So why not limit school to just three years before moving on to college, or even just end formal education altogether?
(⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️Just a lighthearted thought—don’t take it too seriously!⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️)

  1. It’s an interesting perspective! While basic arithmetic is essential for daily life, education serves many purposes beyond just practical skills. It develops critical thinking, problem-solving, and social skills, which are valuable in various aspects of life. Subjects like physics and science may seem less relevant at times, but they teach us to understand the world around us and encourage curiosity. Plus, school is about more than just academics; it helps with personal growth and social interactions. So, while it’s fun to joke about a shorter school experience, the broader benefits of education are significant!

Harvard POV

Harvard’s Admissions Game Harvard admissions can often feel like this: “We pride ourselves on being a holistic institution that champions diversity, intellectual curiosity, and well-rounded students… unless you’re an Asian applicant with a 1600 SAT, a 4.0 GPA, and a passion for the violin. Then, well… your ‘personality’ score is just a bit lackluster 💀.” […]
