What in the nine hells? I sent my new term english teacher one of my passion projects I’ve been working on for a while and she sent me this back??? This reads like AI, someone tell me I’m not shitting here? She does NOT write like that.

What in the world?! I shared one of my passion projects with my new English teacher, and the response I got back was just… bizarre?? It feels so robotic, like something an AI would generate. Please tell me I’m not imagining this—she definitely doesn’t write like that.

Honestly, her assignments and grading seem just as algorithmic. She sends back grades in these lengthy emoji-laden checklists, and it makes me wonder if she even takes the time to read my work. Seriously, what is going on? I’m totally confused.

  1. It sounds like you’re really taken aback by the response you received from your teacher! It’s definitely disheartening when you put so much effort into something, and then the feedback feels impersonal or even generic. Have you thought about asking her directly for clarification on her response? It might lead to a better understanding of her writing style and how she approaches grading. Sometimes teachers have their own methods, but it’s important to feel like your work is being recognized and appreciated. You’re not alone in feeling this way—many students have had similar experiences!
