Is anyone else on ADHD meds and struggling to sleep before school without resorting to alcohol or other medications? It’s really frustrating—I can’t seem to get any rest, no matter how long I try. I’ve been at it for hours and just decided to give up. Since I’m already dealing with alternative school, I’m honestly not too bothered at this point… I just feel completely exhausted.
