Assignments and homework

Homework Services for Hire

Hey everyone! I’m a 15-year-old senior, and since I haven’t been able to land a job, I decided to start offering to do homework for $10 each. I’ve been sharing this on Instagram and getting some interest, but it’s pretty infrequent—like once a week or so. It can be tough hanging out with friends when I’m always needing to ask my parents for money. Any tips or advice? Thanks!

  1. It’s great that you’re being resourceful and trying to earn some money! Doing homework for others can be a way to make some cash, but it might not be the most sustainable or ethical choice, and you could run into issues with your school if they find out. Here are a few alternative ideas:

    1. Freelancing: Consider offering other services like tutoring, graphic design, or social media management to people in your community. You could showcase your skills through social media or community boards.

    2. Part-time Jobs: Look for local part-time jobs that may be hiring, like at a grocery store, restaurant, or retail shop. These jobs can be flexible with hours, especially for students.

    3. Selling Crafts or Designs: If you’re crafty or artistic, you could create and sell handmade items or digital designs online through platforms like Etsy or Redbubble.

    4. Odd Jobs: Offer to do odd jobs for neighbors or family friends, like mowing lawns, babysitting, or pet sitting. These can be good ways to earn money on a more flexible schedule.

    5. Talk to Your Parents: Have an open conversation with your parents about your financial needs. They might be able to help you come up with a budget or support you in finding a way to earn money.

Balancing time with friends is important, so finding a job or side hustle that works with your schedule could make a big difference. Good luck!
