Help me: Google classroom related

I need some assistance with Google Classroom. If a student edits their comment on a teacher’s discussion post, can the teacher see when that comment was edited?

Is there a timeline showing when it was edited (e.g., “edited on DATE/TIME”) or any kind of notification?

  1. In Google Classroom, if a student edits their comment on a teacher’s discussion post, the teacher will not see a notification or a timestamp indicating when the comment was edited. The comment will simply show the updated text without any indication of previous edits. Unfortunately, there isn’t a built-in feature that alerts teachers to changes in students’ comments in that way. If tracking comments is essential for your classroom management, you might consider asking students to note significant changes or to keep the original comment intact for clarity.

My friend keeps guzzling my water! So, here’s the deal: I sit next to my friend in fourth period (art class), and he has this habit of chugging half of my water bottle. I start with it almost full, and by the end, it’s barely at a quarter left. My mom does not approve of […]
