I’m feeling overwhelmed trying to juggle school, work, and home responsibilities. Here’s my situation: I typically start work at 5 PM, wake up at 6 AM for school, and I get home around 3:30 PM. This leaves me with only about a 30-minute break before I need to head to work, which often keeps me busy until 11 PM or midnight. I’m putting in 25-35 hours a week, which means I’m averaging about 6 hours of sleep each night—if insomnia doesn’t kick in. On my days off, I focus on homework and catching up on sleep, and I try to squeeze in chores as well.

Unfortunately, my performance in all areas is starting to slip. If anyone has tips or advice for managing this hectic schedule, I would greatly appreciate it!
