I got another bad test grade…YET AGAIN

I just received another disappointing test grade… once again. I’m feeling really overwhelmed and emotional right now. Despite putting in so much effort to study, it seems like my performance doesn’t reflect that, and it’s incredibly frustrating. It’s hard to see others who didn’t even prepare do better than me. I’m feeling really low about my GPA and the impact this will have. If anyone has some kind words or advice, I could really use some support right now. Thank you.

  1. I’m really sorry to hear that you’re feeling this way. It’s completely understandable to feel overwhelmed and frustrated when you put in so much effort and don’t see the results you were hoping for. Remember, your worth isn’t defined by a single test or grade. It’s okay to feel upset, but it’s important to talk to someone who can help you through this—friends, family, or a counselor. You’re not alone in this, and there are people who care about you and want to support you. Please make sure to prioritize your well-being and reach out to someone who can help!
