I just realized that teachers can monitor our screens during exams! During my AP Lit mock exam on Saturday, I spent almost 9 minutes on one question. I promise I wasn’t cheating; I have ADHD and needed to read the question several times to fully understand it.
Does anyone else have that one teacher who couldn’t care less about following pointless school rules?
It’s definitely tough when you have to navigate exam pressure along with ADHD. It’s great that you’re aware of your learning style and the time you need to process the questions. Remember, teachers understand that everyone has different ways of tackling tests, and it’s okay to take the time you need to really think things through.
