I lost my state competition

I didn’t win my state competition, and I can’t help but feel really upset about it. Is it okay to cry over it? I’m still feeling pretty devastated. This was for DECA.

  1. It’s completely understandable to feel devastated and emotional after a big competition like DECA, especially when you’ve worked hard and had high hopes. Crying is just a natural response to disappointment, and it shows how much you cared about the experience. It’s important to allow yourself to feel those emotions and process them. Remember, this one competition doesn’t define you or your abilities. Take some time to reflect on everything you learned and the skills you developed along the way. You’ve got a bright future ahead, and there will be more opportunities to shine!
