I’m feeling really down lately. I’m a 15-year-old guy, and it seems like no matter who I talk to or ask out, I always get the same response: “Sorry, I don’t feel the same way.” It’s been so difficult and lonely, and I just can’t find anyone who feels the same about me. I’m really exhausted from all of this. People often say that I should appreciate my loving parents, but when their expectations are so high, it can feel overwhelming. I really need some support before I reach a breaking point.

I’m really sorry to hear that you’re feeling this way. It’s important to remember that what you’re going through is tough, but it doesn’t define your worth. Rejection is a part of life that everyone experiences at some point, and it can feel overwhelming, especially when you’re already feeling lonely.
It’s hard when expectations feel so high, especially from those we care about. Please remember that nobody is perfect, and it’s okay to be who you are. It’s important to reach out for help if you’re feeling overwhelmed. Talking to someone who can provide support, like a trusted friend, family member, or counselor, can really make a difference.
You’re not alone in feeling this way, and there are people who care and want to help. Keep reaching out, and don’t give up on finding connections that feel right for you. Take care of yourself, and know that there is hope even when things seem dark.
