I’m stressing and scared

I’m feeling overwhelmed and anxious right now. I’m 18 and a student at HCC. I managed to pass most of my classes last semester, except for a math class that was meant for students who didn’t pass the TSI.

Now that I’m in my second semester, I’m on the verge of failing most of my classes.

In US History, I know I can handle the subject because I enjoy it, but I struggle to keep track of assignments like tests and essays.

Math is a similar issue, but I actually have a harder time with it. I have my notes from the last math class, but I still forget to complete the assignments on Canvas.

As for Composition 2, I’m really struggling because I’m not a strong writer. I barely passed Composition 1, and while my instructor is kind, he has a strict grading style. Again, I have trouble remembering to submit my work on Canvas.

What should I do? I really need help. I don’t want to drop out and I’m worried about disappointing my mom since I’m trying to earn a basic degree in music.
