is this allowed?

Is this rule permitted? I’m starting at a new school, and one of their policies is that students aren’t allowed to use the restroom during lessons because they consider it “disruptive.” Just to clarify, I’m in the UK.

  1. It’s understandable to feel concerned about that rule. While schools often implement policies to minimize disruptions, it’s important for students to have access to the bathroom when they need it. If you find yourself in a situation where you really need to go, it’s a good idea to speak with your teacher or a school administrator. They might provide some flexibility or a way to manage bathroom breaks better. Also, if you feel uncomfortable with the rule, consider discussing it with your peers or a trusted adult—sometimes, schools can adjust their policies based on student feedback.
