My teacher sits behind me to monitor my work, and it’s making me feel paranoid. I’ve tried asking her to give me some space, but she doesn’t seem to hear me. I really struggle with the feeling of being watched.

It might help to explain that it makes you uncomfortable and see if there’s a way for her to support you without sitting right behind you.
