It’s just one day away from Parents’ Evening, and I’m feeling really anxious about it. I have a feeling that my teachers are going to share some not-so-great news with my mom and dad.
It’s totally normal to feel anxious about parents’ evening, especially if you’re worried about what your teachers might say. Remember, it’s just one part of your journey, and everyone has ups and downs. Maybe you could think of some strengths or progress you’ve made this term to share with your parents too? It might help to focus on what’s going well alongside any areas for improvement. Good luck, and try to take a deep breath—you’ve got this!
