I’m starting sports this year as a freshman, but I didn’t play in middle school because of an injury. Is this a good decision? (I’m planning to join the soccer team, by the way.)

Soccer can be a lot of fun, and it’s a great way to stay active, make new friends, and improve your skills. Just be sure to listen to your body and take care of any previous injuries.
