However, it’s essential to find a balance. For some, the pressure of leaderboards might lead to stress or discourage those who struggle with certain subjects. It could also create a focus on competition rather than collaboration. If implemented thoughtfully, with a strong emphasis on personal growth and teamwork, I think it could be a fantastic way to enhance the learning experience!
