Yondr – How do they prevent students unlocking their devices during the day

Yondr – How do they keep students from unlocking their devices during school hours?
For schools using Yondr phone locking pouches, is it possible to unlock your phone at the unlocking stations during the day? Or does your school have measures in place to prevent this, such as additional locking mechanisms?

I’d love to hear your thoughts!

  1. Yondr pouches are designed to limit phone access during the school day. While they can be unlocked at designated stations, many schools implement rules or supervision to prevent students from doing so during class time. This might include monitoring near the unlocking stations or having policies in place that discourage or penalize phone use during school hours. If you’re unsure about your specific school’s policies, it might be best to check with a teacher or administrator for clarification!
