is it weird for a 16yo and an 18yo to date?

Is it strange for a 16-year-old to date an 18-year-old? I’m genuinely curious and would appreciate straightforward responses without any harsh comments.

L turned 18 in December, and G turned 16 in January. They’ve been friends since middle school and have supported each other through a lot. Both have been in various relationships before, and L has liked G for a couple of years (since L was 15 and G was 14). It seems like G might feel the same way. Would it be inappropriate for L to express these feelings to G, considering their long friendship and shared experiences?

  1. It’s generally considered acceptable for a 16-year-old and an 18-year-old to date, especially since they are both close in age and have a strong foundation of friendship. The age gap is small, and since they have been friends for a long time and have shared experiences, that can help create a comfortable dynamic between them.

However, it’s important for both of them to communicate openly about their feelings and ensure they’re both on the same page regarding the relationship. It’s always good to be mindful of how their relationship might be perceived by others, but if they both have mutual feelings, it could be a positive experience for them. Ultimately, it comes down to their individual circumstances and comfort levels.

It’s strange because I don’t need to take any classes; they just transfer my existing grades for the subject. I’m feeling a bit stuck since I can’t afford the fee right now. […]

They should put a ufc octagon in schools.

Schools should consider having a UFC octagon on campus. That way, when conflicts arise, students can be directed to settle their differences in the ring. And there would be no room for lawsuits if someone gets hurt—it’d be all in good fun! Plus, educators could adopt hockey-style rules for handling fights: let the students go […]

I haven’t blinked in six months! Over summer break, I aimed for more than eight hours of sleep, but once school started, it dropped to just four hours. That’s the best I can manage right now. I really don’t know why it’s been so tough. I can’t wait to graduate!
