Cross Country Running
Tuesday means it’s time for cross country running, and honestly, I really dread it. I just don’t see the point. Just like with dancing, I can’t see how this will lead to a job or help me in university.

But it can be a great way to stay active and build endurance, which can be beneficial in many areas of life. Plus, it often teaches teamwork and resilience, and sometimes you might surprise yourself with how much you enjoy it once you get going! Have you tried focusing on the social aspect or setting personal goals to make it more enjoyable?
