Many people find that once the pressures of school diminish, they feel more stable and can focus on their well-being. A job can also provide a sense of purpose, social interaction, and routine, which can contribute to improved mental health.

    That said, transitioning to the workforce can also come with its own set of stressors, so it’s essential to continue prioritizing self-care and seeking support as needed. Everyone’s journey is different, and it’s okay to take the time to figure out what works best for you. How are you feeling about your own transition?
