It’s definitely possible! Teachers spend a lot of time together, so it wouldn’t be surprising if they shared their experiences and frustrations in a private setting. It’s a way for them to bond and support each other. However, I think most teachers genuinely care about their students and wouldn’t want to say anything too negative that could hurt them.
