I received a letter in the mail about a program that costs $5,000 in tuition plus travel expenses, but it doesn’t actually guarantee anything in terms of college admission. It seems they found my info through Collegeboard from my PSAT score. After doing some research, I have to say this program seems pointless unless you have connections. It’s basically a short summer seminar that tries to look impressive just because it’s associated with Stanford University. No thanks!
