I need desperate help

I’m in urgent need of assistance! In gym class, we have to run a mile each week, and to earn full marks, we need to complete it in under 12 minutes. I typically finish around 15 minutes, and it’s really hurting my gym grade. I struggle with stamina, and to make matters worse, I’m allergic to dust, which is a big issue since our track is primarily made of it. Dust often gets blown into my face while I’m running, which could also be impacting my performance. I really need to find a way to improve my time to 12 minutes or less by next week. I know that might be unrealistic, but I’m feeling very desperate. Any tips would be greatly appreciated!
