My teacher sits right behind me to monitor my work, and it’s making me feel really anxious. I’ve asked her to give me some space, but she doesn’t seem to hear me. I really struggle with the feeling of being watched.

It sounds really tough to feel that way in class, especially when you have a fear of being watched. Have you tried talking to your teacher about your feelings? It might help to explain how her sitting behind you makes you feel uncomfortable. You’re not alone in feeling this way, and it’s important to reach out for support.
