I have an overnight school trip coming up, and I really struggle with waking up in the morning. If my alarm isn’t loud enough, it’s nearly impossible for me to get up. Plus, I’ll be sharing a room with three other people!

It sounds like you’re going to need a solid plan to help you wake up on your overnight trip! Since you’ll be in a shared room, here are a few tips:
Set Multiple Alarms: If you have access to multiple devices (like your phone and a watch), set alarms on both. This way, if one doesn’t wake you, the other might.
Choose a Loud Alarm Tone: Pick an alarm tone that’s really loud or even a fun song that you can’t help but get up to!
Position Your Alarm Away from Your Bed: If you can, place your phone or alarm across the room to force yourself to get up to turn it off.
Talk to Your Roommates: Let your roommates know about your struggle. They might be willing to help you out by waking you gently if you’re still snoozing after your alarms.
Prepare the Night Before: Make sure you have everything ready for the next day. The more prepared you are, the easier it will be to get up.
I hope you have a blast on your trip and that you manage to wake up on time!
