Rank highschool years from 9-12

Rank the high school years from 9 to 12. As a soon-to-be freshman, I’m curious about which year is considered the most challenging. Could you provide a ranking?

  1. Ranking high school years can vary based on personal experiences, but here’s a general perspective:

    1. Senior Year (12th grade): Often seen as the most enjoyable. Students are more independent, have a clearer sense of their future, and enjoy traditions like prom and graduation.

    2. Junior Year (11th grade): This year can be challenging due to the pressures of college prep and standardized testing (like the SAT/ACT), but it’s also when students often form strong friendships and start to feel more mature.

    3. Sophomore Year (10th grade): This year is often considered a mixed bag. Students are settling into high school, gaining more independence, and may start taking more interesting classes, but social dynamics can still be tricky.

    4. Freshman Year (9th grade): Many find freshman year to be the toughest due to the transition into high school. It can be overwhelming with new routines, bigger schools, and social adjustments.

Ultimately, experiences can vary widely, so try to stay positive and make the most of each year!

can i take my foreign languages as dual enrollment?

Can I take my foreign language classes for dual enrollment? I’m looking to boost my weighted GPA, and I noticed that foreign language classes are only valued the same as regular classes, while dual enrollment classes carry the same weight as AP courses. Does anyone know if this is possible?
