Should I send a follow-up email?

I graduated last December (yay!) and am gearing up to apply for my master’s program, with the application portal opening at the end of April.

I reached out to two professors who suggested that I draft my own letters of recommendation. I sent one about a month ago and the other about a week ago, but I haven’t heard back from either of them confirming they received my letters.

Since the letters are already written (pending any edits they may want to make), should I follow up to check on their response?
