Struggling with math

I really want to grasp math and enjoy it, as it seems so captivating and I bet it’s a lot of fun once you get the hang of it. Unfortunately, it feels incredibly challenging for me. I have this feeling that I missed some foundational concepts a long time ago, and now I’m lost when it comes to the basics. My mind just goes blank whenever I try to study math.

My worst experience was with a trigonometry test—I truly didn’t understand anything, and I worry I might never get it.

Does anyone have suggestions for making math more enjoyable or accessible? I’d love to hear about YouTube channels or books that could help. I genuinely want to improve!
