In short: Momentum is the hidden catalyst that transforms struggle into ease, rigorous effort into a natural flow, and resistance into inspiration.

Momentum is essential for unlocking your best self—it’s the key to achieving Peak Performance, often referred to as The Flow State!

This momentum is the incredible reward that comes from pushing through the inertia of resistance, or that initial reluctance to act.

  • Once you break through the inertia of resistance, you find yourself in a state of pure momentum.

Momentum reveals itself in various forms, with the Flow State being the pinnacle:

  • A level where you experience the full potential of your physical, mental, and spiritual capacities.
  • A place where you feel completely aligned with your heart, mind, and soul.
  • A state of heightened awareness where your thinking is sharp, your actions feel effortless, and your mind is clear.

People often refer to this experience as ‘being in the zone’ or achieving ‘peak performance.’;

  • You can also view it as being in sync with your Heart, Mind, and Soul [Subconscious], and feeling inspired.

Being In The Zone!

The beauty of Flow is that it builds upon itself—once you gain initial momentum, it becomes increasingly difficult to stop.

The KEY to gaining momentum [and entering the Flow State] is to utilize the 90-second Pomodoro technique for warming up.

  • Remember, all things are hard before they become easy.
  • The 90-second Pomodoro leverages the power of chunking, making tasks—whether physical, mental, or social—far easier and more manageable.
  • To kickstart your productivity, use a 90-second timer for a focused task, followed by brief breaks (e.g., 90 seconds of work, 90 seconds of rest, then 5 minutes of work, etc.) until the conscious exertion fades away.

The goal is to consistently employ the 90-second Pomodoro technique whenever you need to warm up before tackling any task.

Once you’re warmed up, slipping into the Flow State will feel effortless.
