I think it really depends on the couple and their circumstances! For some, the transition to college can strengthen their relationship as they learn to navigate new challenges together and support each other through the changes. For others, it might create a distance that leads to growing apart. Personally, I started college with my partner, and we’ve managed to stay together by communicating regularly and finding ways to balance our time apart. It’s definitely not easy, but I think being on the same page about our goals and expectations has really helped us. How about everyone else? What’s been your experience?
