It’s definitely possible! Teachers spend a lot of time together, so it wouldn’t be surprising if they shared their experiences and frustrations in a private setting. It’s a way for them to bond and support each other. However, I think most teachers genuinely care about their students and wouldn’t want to say anything too negative that could hurt them. What do you think they might talk about, if they do have those chats?
