Rant 2 (Freshman)

After spending about six hours debating whether to ask my parents about transferring schools, I finally mustered the courage to do it. They’ve been pretty firm against the idea for months, mainly because it’s a technical school and they’re more focused on me pursuing a college path. But I’ve wanted to attend this school since before high school started. To my surprise, after I took the time to thoroughly explain my reasons, they were more open to it than I expected! They agreed to let me transfer next year if I’m accepted! 🥳🥳🥳

This school prioritizes attendance over grades, which shouldn’t be a problem for me since I’ve only had 8 absences and I have a cumulative GPA of 3.5. I’ll keep everyone updated on whether I get accepted!

Transferring to a school that aligns more with your interests and goals can make a huge difference in your high school experience. With your solid attendance and GPA, it sounds like you’re in a good position for acceptance. Best of luck with the application process! Keep us posted on how it goes—excited to hear your update! 🎉🙌

They should put a ufc octagon in schools.

Schools should seriously consider installing a UFC octagon! That way, when a fight breaks out, they can just send the students in there to sort things out. And as an added benefit, parents wouldn’t be able to sue if someone gets hurt—just a no-holds-barred situation! Teachers could also take a page from hockey’s playbook regarding […]
